Goals

St. Martin’s Episcopal Preschool is a childhood learning center established to provide children
of all races, creeds, and ethnic backgrounds with a stimulating learning environment which will assist them in achieving their highest potential. The philosophy of SMEP is that the well-being of the child  comes first. Our mission and philosophy are incorporated throughout our school goals.

Our Goals:

• To give children a religious foundation by making them aware of God’s love. We accomplish this through Bible stories that reinforce the child’s understanding of Jesus and by explaining the concern that the Church has for their well-being.
• To enhance children’s learning through hands on experiences, exploration, imitation and play.
• To expose children to learning techniques that incorporate music, chapel, literature, science, and motor skill development.
